During his global leadership tenure at Infosys and Wipro, where he built and managed $200m service lines across BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail sectors spanning the global markets like US, Europe, APAC and India.
He has a strong track record of incubating business lines in Application & Infrastructure Management, SAP, Security, and Mainframe—scaling them into profitable, sustainable operations. Ravi’s strategic thinking, combined with operational rigor, has enabled him to deliver consistent business outcomes and drive long-term value creation.
Known for building deep CXO-level relationships, he has successfully led large outsourcing engagements, delivering digital transformation programs from solutioning through to offshore execution, achieving substantial efficiency and cost gains.
As a seasoned expert in the Global Delivery Model (GDM), Ravi has orchestrated complex offshore transitions with robust governance. Ravi is a strong people leader and he has developed and mentored diverse global teams.

Beginning his career at NSSG (Singapore & USA) and later Agilent Technologies, he gained global expertise in semiconductor processes, calibration systems, and international quality standards before venturing into entrepreneurship.
He founded the Ragalinks Group, operating across Singapore, Malaysia, and India, specializing in Telecom and Analytical Instrument solutions. As co-founder of Ragalinks business solutions , he would like to Transform Businesses into Profitable, Scalable, and Digitally Enabled Enterprises.
His entrepreneurial portfolio further includes The Executive Grande PG (hospitality), StoreEasy (storage solutions), and Royale Bamboo Farm (organic farming)—showcasing his ability to identify opportunities, diversify, and create impact across sectors.
Academically, he holds a B.E. (Hons) in Electronic Systems (Australia), MBA (Alagappa University), and M.Phil. (Bharathiar University).
